Service-minded staff, quiet location, great value. The bed was comfortable and it was great having WiFi, air conditioner and balcony. Sand beach nearby, that was what I loved. Marvellous customer service provided too.

Clean pool, contemporary property. A great selection of good food for meals. The room I booked was well-kept with comfortable beds, mountain view and big TV.
Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

In general, the hotel was fairly clean. Really great stay in great area. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from medicine lake and other sights in Jasper. The restaurant was excellent with cool meals. The pool was good.

The staff was considerate and the bed was comfy. And it also had splendid view. Enjoyed the lovely meals and warm breakfast. Efficient service everywhere too.

The staff here was friendly. We could have lunch in Silverwater Grill set within 100 feet. The hotel's location was very close to Medicine Lake, Robinsons ag Foods also was easily accessible. We appreciated the fact that we chose chateau jasper
